In Oct 2024 i took a short trip to Luxembourg western Europe. A beautiful, peaceful and friendly place. From the moment I landed off the plane i felt inspiration. I kept a sketchbook and camera with me throughout the whole trip ! I sketch over 30 images from the various scenes in Luxembourg.
This piece was inspired by a peaceful set of houses reflecting in to a canal. Once I saw this scene visioned the final piece , I knew only watercolour could capture the stillness and peace of the environment.
I took a reference photo and once I got back to London I got to work on this creation
The photo of this artwork was taken on Fujifilm GFX 100sii a medium format camera with 100MP sensor for supreme image quality, perfect for printing, enlarging and archiving.
The Final print was made using High quality Lustre Paper
